Responsibilities
Coordinate production timelines and follow up with suppliers and production partners.
Track fabric, materials, product availability, inventory and purchase orders.
Coordinate order processing, packaging, shipping and delivery tracking.
Manage day-to-day Shopify, Etsy and Faire administration and other assigned e-commerce platforms.
Maintain accurate product listings, prices, variants and stock information using approved details.
Monitor incoming orders and customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain supplier, inventory, order and shipping trackers.
Keep invoices, receipts, supplier confirmations and operational documents organised.
Identify delays, errors and operational risks early and recommend solutions.
Maintain task lists, deadlines and status updates so work progresses without repeated reminders.
Work with the Sales & Marketing Assistant and Creative Lead to coordinate launches and product availability.
Provide a weekly operations report covering open orders, production status, issues and upcoming deadlines.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in operations, administration, e-commerce, logistics or a related role.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong written communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, online collaboration tools and e-commerce platforms.
Able to prioritise tasks, maintain accurate records and work independently.
Experience with Shopify, inventory management, order fulfilment or supplier coordination is an advantage.
Experience working with product-based businesses is desirable.
