Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to coordinate marine logistics operations and ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vessel, barge, bunker, and offshore logistics operations.
Manage STS operations, ship clearing, and port agency activities.
Ensure compliance with IMO, MARPOL, OCIMF, NPA, NIMASA, and NIWA requirements.
Coordinate clients, vendors, vessel crews, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor operational performance, documentation, and reporting.
Supervise field teams and third-party service providers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marine Logistics, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in marine/offshore logistics or marine operations.
Strong knowledge of vessel and barge operations, STS, bunker supply, and port agency services.
Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
