Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Operations Officer to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes, and support logistics, inventory, fleet, and asset management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operational activities.
Manage shipment handling and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Oversee inventory control and related purchases.
Coordinate fleet maintenance and asset usage schedules.
Review workflows and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Resolve operational issues and support cross-department coordination.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
