Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations
Coordinate inventory, orders, packaging, deliveries and fulfilment
Manage vendors, logistics partners and service providers
Maintain accurate operational and inventory records
Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
Support livestreams, campaigns and events
Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency
Provide regular operational reports to management.
Requirements
2 - 4+ years' experience in operations, administration, retail, e-commerce or a related field
Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
Experience in luxury retail, fashion or e-commerce is an advantage.
