Operations Lead

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, inventory management, and logistics while driving efficiency and ensuring smooth business operations across luxury retail. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, and logistics coordination. Manage inventory, stock control, warehousing, order fulfilment, and product distribution. Monitor operational costs, resource utilisation, and team performance. Supervise warehouse and operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability. Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams. Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety standards, and operational procedures. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in operations and warehouse management, preferably within FMCG or luxury retail. Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and cost management. Excellent leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and relevant inventory or warehouse management systems.
