What you'll do:
Lead housekeeping, maintenance, safari shop, night porter and wellness teams
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee daily lodge operations
Support department heads and step into Lodge Manager duties when required
Drive team training, operational excellence and cost efficiencies
Maintain the highest luxury hospitality and sustainability standards
We're looking for:
Proven luxury lodge or hospitality operations management experience
Strong leadership and guest relations skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for service excellence and mentoring teams
