Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience within the lubricants, chemicals, energy, or related industrial sectors.
Demonstrated hands-on experience within the functional area applied for.
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes.
Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise.
