Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of a dynamic firm spanning construction and interior design services
Key Responsibilities
Supervise teams, contractors, vendors, and daily operations.
Coordinate construction and interior projects from execution to completion.
Monitor project timelines, quality, materials, costs, and deliverables.
Provide technical and operational oversight across projects.
Coordinate procurement, logistics, documentation, and administrative processes.
Report operational performance and project progress to management.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Requirements
Relevant Degree / HND in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant professional experience in similar capacity
Proven supervisory and operations management experience in property development or construction space
Experience in construction, interiors, real estate, or professional/legal services is strongly preferred.
Strong technical, project coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.
