Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the provision of an appropriate learning environment that is safe and secure for all stakeholders in the school;
Monitor and manage relevant workflows, processes and be responsible for the effective use ofstaff and resources within the operational teams;
Develop appropriate and effective ways of communicating with students, staff and other stakeholders on operational issues;
Manage and develop a team delivering operational services and monitor relevant budgets while delivering desired outcomes in operations;
Develop innovative and effective ways of providing student-focused services;
Perform and review facilities and premisesrisk assessments as necessary;
Oversee the school'sfacilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security;
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in school operations;
Manage day to day activities of designated non instructional staff, addressing all issues affecting the delivery of operations and provide practical solutions for any complaints received;
Ensure quantitative and qualitative preparation of meals in line with the school's standards and guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce/ Finance, Education, Economics or any other business-related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with 3 years atsenior management level managing operations of large teams at a fast-paced organization.
Must be a member of a relevant professional body with good standing
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
