RESPONSIBILTIES


Coordinate daily transport scheduling and route optimization to ensure maximum operational efficiency and service coverage.
Manage vehicle availability, maintenance cycles, and strict compliance with local transportation regulations and company policies.
Supervise, train, and motivate drivers and support staff to maintain high- quality service standards and professional conduct.
Conduct performance reviews, set departmental goals, and update performance tracking platforms with actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Oversee the professional handling of driver inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a supportive work environment.
Manage operational budgets and financial incentives to optimize costs, increase profitability, and reward high performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including acceptance rates, login hours, and customer satisfaction to drive data-led decisions.
Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Direct the implementation and maintenance of fleet management software and recommend technological upgrades for improved efficiency.
Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols, ensuring all vehicles undergo regular inspections and comply with safety standards.
Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve real-time issues, such as driver shortages, and align operations with retention goals.
Investigate and resolve driver-related complaints regarding punctuality, behavior, and availability while developing long-term resolution strategies.
