Job Summary


Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, coordinate project execution, and support business growth initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving customer experience, supporting marketing activities, increasing sales performance, coordinating property development projects, and contributing to overall revenue growth.


This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational, commercial, and project coordination capabilities within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management (40%)


Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency across departments
Coordinate operational workflows across administration, customer service, sales support, and property management
Develop and implement operational systems, policies, and process improvement initiatives
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
Ensure efficient coordination between sales, finance, project, and customer success teams
Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders
Support tenant management processes including maintenance coordination, occupancy management, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with company operational standards, policies, and industry regulations
Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across all projects


Marketing & Business Development (30%)


Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns for apartment projects and investment products
Support lead generation initiatives and client acquisition activities
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
Assist in organizing property launches, site visits, investor meetings, and promotional events
Support digital marketing initiatives and client follow-up activities
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities within the real estate sector
Contribute to strategies aimed at increasing occupancy, investment uptake, and company revenue
Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
Support deal negotiations and contribute towards closing sales opportunities


Project Management (30%)


Coordinate property development timelines and project execution schedules
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely communication between contractors, consultants, and management
Support project planning, implementation, documentation, and reporting processes
Track project deliverables, operational risks, budgets, and timelines
Ensure smooth coordination between operational teams and project stakeholders
Prepare project progress updates and management reports
Support project handover processes and operational readiness for completed developments
Ensure projects are executed within agreed timelines and operational standards


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 4 - 6 years' experience in operations management within real estate, property development, construction, or investment sectors
Strong understanding of operational processes, project coordination, and business administration
Proven ability to support sales growth, increase revenue, and contribute to closing business deals
Experience coordinating marketing or business development initiatives is highly preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively
Commercially aware with strong customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
