Operational Management
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily business operations.
Ensure smooth running of all stores, warehouses, and distribution activities.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management
Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment processes.
Monitor stock levels and minimize losses resulting from theft, damage, or obsolescence.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
Team Leadership and People Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise operational staff.
Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Address escalated customer complaints and service issues.
Implement initiatives aimed at improving customer service standards.
Financial and Business Performance
Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
Analyze operational and financial reports to support decision-making.
Drive initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
Support business expansion and growth strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and company requirements.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management, preferably in retail, FMCG, distribution, or e-commerce.
Proven experience managing teams and multi-site operations.
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Experience in budget management and performance reporting.
