Our client is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a serviced apartment and real estate business.
The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, administrative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure smooth business operations and excellent client service delivery.


Responsibilities


Oversee the daily operations of the serviced apartment and real estate business.
Coordinate staff activities and ensure operational efficiency.
Manage bookings, client inquiries, and tenant/customer relations.
Monitor apartment maintenance and ensure facilities are in good condition.
Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
Supervise administrative processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Track expenses, payments, and operational records.
Support business growth through effective coordination and management.
Ensure excellent customer service experience for clients and guests.
Handle basic accounting and financial record-keeping where necessary.


Requirements


Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience.
Previous experience in operations, hospitality, administration, or real estate management is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic record management.
Knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Proximity to Idimu, Lagos is very important.
