Job Summary
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee end to end operational processes to ensure efficient production, timely project delivery, and excellent service quality
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, optimize resources, and enhance overall business performance
Coordinate with production, sales, and client service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and high client satisfaction
Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations management role within the Printing industry
Proven experience overseeing production operations, workflow management, and client service delivery in a printing environment
Strong understanding of printing operations, production planning, quality control, inventory coordination, and process optimization.
