Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations and commercial performance of a fast-growing consumer electronics and home appliances retail business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple retail branches, driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams.
This is a leadership role for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across all branches.
Drive sales growth and improve business profitability.
Oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and manage Branch Managers and regional teams.
Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies.
Develop and execute business growth initiatives.
Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention.
Ensure excellent customer service across all locations.
Prepare and present business performance reports.
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
8 - 10 years' experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or retail operations.
At least 5 years' experience managing multiple retail branches or regional operations.
Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, commercial, and financial management skills.
Experience in inventory management and retail performance analysis.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and business reporting.
