Operations Manager (Remote) at Raphael Group

Raphael Group is recruiting to fill the position of: Operations Manager. This is a Remote role. Salary: N300,000 - N500,000 monthly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and accountability. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications (a Bachelors Degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field is an advantage) with 2-5 years experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role. Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal education.
