Job Description
We are looking for a highly-effective Operations Officer residing within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State to run the business operations of African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products.
Responsibilities
You will be required to
Run the routine daily operations of the business
Manage external business stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, business vendors, and middlemen consultants
Manage key operations units such as Sales, HR, Administration, Finance, Production, Inventory, etc
Monitor Employee compliance to office policies and procedures
Improve business functionality to align with core business objectives.
Plan and manage projects and contribute to product innovation.
Track operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins.
Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
Analyze and maintain operational data, and monitoring product inventories.
Oversee Human Resources Development policies, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree and must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos.
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Good people skills and friendly disposition
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning software
Excellent leadership skills
Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
Developing human resources policies, and monitoring compliance and performance.
