Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to oversee daily production and operational activities within our client in printing and branding industry. he ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery of projects, and efficient coordination between design, production, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily printing and branding operations
Coordinate production schedules and job allocations
Supervise production staff and ensure quality standards are met
Manage materials, stock levels, and supplier coordination
Ensure machines are properly maintained and serviced
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of client orders
Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in branding and printing industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
