Role Purpose:
To coordinate implementation of Guild programs, operational planning, and institutional performance management.

Develop annual operational work plans aligned with the Strategic Plan
Coordinate implementation of Guild programs and projects
Monitor performance indicators and program outcomes
Support partnership implementation and stakeholder coordination
Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
