Job Purpose
The Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting the company's day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of projects and business operations. The role oversees sourcing of goods, services, and works, logistics, auxiliary works coordination, and project close-out.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and support continuous improvement of SOPs.
Oversee transport and logistics operations, vehicle scheduling, and driver supervision.
Coordinate sourcing of goods, services, and works, including supplier identification and cost evaluations.
Manage supplier, contractor, and service provider relationships, monitoring performance and milestones.
Coordinate and oversee auxiliary works for land, water, and real estate projects including access roads, grading, drainage, and fencing.
Conduct regular site inspections, monitor project progress, identify defects, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate project close-out and beacon verification for handover to buyers.
Manage inventory control, equipment registers, and branch facilities maintenance.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Facilities / Property Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, or construction in the real estate industry.
Valid driving licence with practical driving experience
