Job Summary
The Operations Officer will be responsible for the daily running of a fresh juice business by ensuring efficient production, smooth customer service, accurate sales tracking, and effective coordination of routine operational activities.
The role focuses on maintaining product quality, operational organization, and customer satisfaction while supporting basic financial record-keeping.
Responsibilities
Produce fresh juices while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards.
Handle fruit preparation, packaging, labeling, and product readiness for sale or delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of production and packaging materials.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of the workspace.
Manage daily business coordination and ensure smooth workflow.
Attend to customers, process orders, and respond to inquiries professionally.
Assist with product supply and delivery when required.
Maintain accurate daily sales records and transaction documentation.
Support basic account reconciliation and operational reporting.
Requirements
OND qualifications in any related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year experience in food production, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic numerical and record-keeping ability.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Proximity to Lekki axis is strongly preferred.
