Job Overview
The Operations Officer will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with our business goals.
You will oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, and finance, while managing relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving both short-term and long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals. Identify short-term performance growth targets and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across key departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring smooth execution of business activities and optimization of processes
Business Planning: Create and execute detailed business plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive company growth
Performance Monitoring: Track and report business performance metrics to the CEO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making
Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and key clients to enhance service delivery and support strategic partnerships
Team Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all teams
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in the beauty or consumer products industry
Strong understanding of core business functions, including marketing, sales, and finance
Excellent strategic planning, business development, and operational management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in creating and implementing business plans, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to executive leadership
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
