We're at a key growth stage and looking for someone who can take ownership of our Lagos operations and help us scale locally.

The Role


We are hiring an Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to manage the day-to-day running of our space and drive local partnerships and growth opportunities.
This is not a desk job.
This role is for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and ready to get things done on the ground.


What You'll Be Responsible For Operations & Daily Running


Ensure the space is set up and ready daily (training, sessions, events)
Support chefs and students during training
Maintain structure, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations


Partnerships & Outreach (VERY IMPORTANT)


Visit hotels, restaurants, and shortlets
Introduce iKooK and build relationships
Secure internship placements and partnerships


On-Ground Execution


Handle errands, sourcing, and logistics
Support training days and special events
Ensure everything runs on time and efficiently


Growth & Revenue Support


Help onboard new students and chefs
Support local awareness (flyers, visits, referrals)
Identify ways to generate income from the space


Who We're Looking For


Based in Lagos (preferably close to Yaba)
Strong communication and confidence speaking with people
Proactive and reliable — you don't wait to be told what to do
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs, and basic tools


Bonus (Not required but valuable)


Experience in hospitality, events, or operations
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
