About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Performance Instrumentation Analyst to design, implement, and manage performance measurement frameworks across the organization.
The role ensures operational activities are measurable, tracked, and aligned with KPIs and SLAs, driving efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Client also has an office in Victoria Island
Key Responsibilities
Define, validate, and maintain company-wide KPIs and SLAs
Monitor departmental and company-wide performance
Implement performance tracking systems and dashboards
Analyze data and provide actionable insights
Prepare performance reports and documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
2 - 5 years of experience in performance management, operations, or data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Net Pay
N211,000 / month + HMO, leave allowance, and 13th month.
