Role Description
Work with the team to ensure the company's processess run smoothly and efficiently daily.
This is a full-time role for an operations personnelat CashBox in Victoria Island, Lagos, with flexibility for hybrid work.
The role involves Complaints Resolution & Payment Processing while working with a team in the company..
The role involves resolving of complaints escalated by customer service department.
Handling of payments including processing, refunds etc.
Requirements
B.Sc in any field.
MUST have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a structured firm orcompany.
Very fluent in written and spoken English.
Age: Not above 28 years.
Understanding of basic financial practices.
Must be very computer literate and tech-savvy
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and to adapt to change.
