Operations Personnel

We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail-oriented Operations Personnel to join our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and arrange gift items according to orders and specifications Handle printing, personalization, packaging and quality checks Ensure orders are correctly packed and ready for dispatch on time Maintain inventory and keep the workspace clean and organized Support with receiving and organizing new stock Work closely with the sales and logistics team Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operations tasks Assist with other operational tasks as needed. Requirements SSCE or higher Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Good organizational and time management skills Attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks Basic computer skills (for order updates and inventory) Reliable, hardworking and a team player Must be willing to work from our Surulere, Lagos store.
