Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Previous experience supervising production teams is required
Experience in corrugated packaging, carton manufacturing, paper converting, printing, or a related packaging environment is highly preferred
Good understanding of production planning, machine utilisation, quality control, and material management
