Job Summary
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
Supervise Teams: Manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
Guest Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Operations Coordination: Monitor check-in/check-out processes, room readiness, and inventory.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational feedback.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements
HND or BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
NYSC certificate.
2 - 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a hotel (front desk or operations preferred).
