Key Responsibilities
Lead operational improvements that contribute to increased profitability, sustainable growth, and enhanced customer experience.
Oversee and coordinate daily business operations
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports
Improve staff productivity and accountability
Manage inventory controls and operational processes
Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
Lead process improvement initiatives
Support management in strategic planning and execution
Ensure timely and accurate reporting across departments
Requirements
Must have directly managed operations in a cargo, courier, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or cold chain logistics company. This is non-negotiable.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Experience developing KPIs and operational reports
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Must Reside Within Idimu- Ikotun Axis
