Operations Support Officer at PalmPay

Flexi Microfinance Bank (Flexi MFB) is a subsidiary of PalmPay, supporting financial services and operational expansion across Nigeria. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to support field operations, ensure accurate data tracking, and drive efficient coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities


Support and coordinate daily activities of field agents
Track operational data (activations, onboarding, reports)
Maintain accurate records and prepare simple performance reports
Ensure field teams follow processes and meet targets
Assist in resolving field and customer-related issues
Communicate updates between field teams and management


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in a related field
0-2 years experience in operations, admin, or coordination role
MUST be available to resume immediately.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
