Operations Theatre Manager at MSVL Group

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:


Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Hospital Management, or OT Management required
Valid Nursing Council of Kenya registration preferred for nurse managers
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in operation theatre services with 2-3 years in a leadership role
Expertise in OT workflow management, surgical coordination, sterilization, infection control, and OT scheduling
Experience managing OT teams, equipment, consumables, audits, and patient safety compliance
