Responsibilties
Interpret and dispense optical prescriptions accurately.
Assist patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescription, lifestyle, and budget.
Take facial measurements and fitting measurements for lenses and frames.
Adjust, repair, and maintain eyeglasses and optical accessories.
Educate patients on lens types, coatings, contact lenses, and eyewear care.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate patient records.
Ensure proper inventory management of frames, lenses, and accessories.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical dispensing area.
Work closely with the Optometrist and other team members to ensure quality patient care.
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items.
Ensure compliance with company policies and optical standards.
