Role Overview


The Oracle Cloud ERP Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously refine training programs focused on Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Human Capital Management (HCM).
You will train professionals and corporate teams to effectively implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP modules, driving process efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation in complex enterprise environments.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, real-world ERP project experience, and strong instructional capability.


Key Responsibilities

Design and Deliver Oracle Cloud ERP Training


Deliver specialized training across Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, SCM, Projects, and HCM.
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, corporate workshops, and hands-on masterclasses.
Adapt training to client industry contexts — including banking, government, education, utilities, and private enterprise.


Develop Practical, Real-World Learning Experiences


Create interactive labs, business simulations, and use-case-based exercises demonstrating Oracle ERP functionality and business process integration.
Guide participants through system configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and analytics.
Facilitate ERP implementation and change management simulations to reflect real-world enterprise challenges.


Maintain Expert-Level Course Content


Update training content to align with Oracle Cloud ERP product updates, emerging enterprise technology trends, and best practices in ERP implementation.
Integrate lessons learned from client projects, case studies, and evolving Oracle Cloud modules.
Align courses with certification tracks such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud Professional.


Facilitate Learner Success


Provide personalized coaching, mentoring, and support to learners throughout and beyond the training period.
Evaluate learner progress through practical assessments, exercises, and certification guidance.
Offer insights on ERP career development and post-training application in real projects.


Contribute to Knowledge Leadership


Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases, enterprise digital transformation frameworks, and ERP best practices.
Collaborate with Trainingcred's faculty to share insights, publish thought leadership, and enhance course relevance.
Participate in curriculum design and program accreditation efforts.


Qualifications

Education


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


Professional Experience


Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, support, or consulting.
Proven expertise in at least one core Oracle Cloud ERP module (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or Projects).
Experience conducting technical or functional training, mentoring users, or delivering workshops is highly desirable.


Certifications (Preferred)


Oracle Cloud ERP Certified Implementation Specialist / Professional (any module).
Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus.


Skills & Competencies


Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture, integrations, and reporting tools.
Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and configuration.
Familiarity with data migration, user provisioning, and workflow automation.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex ERP concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
