What You'll Do: Sell Funeral Cover to South African customers. Understand customer needs and clearly communicate product value. Handle objections professionally and confidently. Work consistently towards daily and monthly sales targets. Follow all required sales and compliance standards. Apply coaching and continuously improve your performance. Requirements Matric essential. Minimum 6 months proven outbound telesales experience. Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets. Clear, confident spoken English and the ability to hold a professional sales conversation. Strong objection-handling and closing ability. Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and working in a target-driven environment. Funeral Cover, Life Cover, Accidental Death Cover or similar insurance sales experience is highly advantageous. Clear criminal record. Willingness to learn, take coaching and improve. Shortlisted candidates will complete a structured outbound sales assessment covering communication, listening and comprehension, persuasion, objection handling, resilience and overall sales capability.
