Responsibilities:

Paid Channel Management


Driving strategy and managing the P&L of the channels by tracking, reporting and analysing paid channel initiatives and campaigns - Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Remarketing, APP Paid Campaigns, etc
Optimising existing campaigns to meet company objectives as well as building new ads to support the company expansion
Analysing the CPC campaign results, coming up with the strategies to achieve the KPIs and execute them
Developing the tactics which increase the site traffic and sales based on the ads performance analysis and A/B testing
Driving continued innovation and best practices implementation across the digital channels
Work closely with the marketing creative team, design team and SEO team
Working with other channel managers to ensure strategic alignment and holistic audience management


Cost Management


Assist CCO with the compilation of the Paid marketing budget
Monthly optimisation of channel attribution to ensure best ROI of investment
Monthly calibration of CAC, reactivation and discount efficiencies


Requirements


Min 4+ years of experience in managing SEM, Display, and Remarketing locally, with international experience given preference.
Very good understanding of performance marketing.
Experienced in managing campaigns for e-commerce and apps.
Experience managing Google Ads for Search, Display & Remarketing.
Experience managing performance based Paid Social campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Up to date with digital advertising innovations and best practices.
Strong analytical skills.
Problem solver, creative thinker.
Interested in technology, e-commerce.
University Degree.
Fluency in English.


Advantageous


App attribution setups, tracking and optimisation.
A strong understanding of cross-device attribution.
Experience with marketing tools such as Appsflyer, UA, or similar tools
