Paid Media Manager (Fully Remote, South Africa-Based)
Fully remote role : South Africa.
Salary: R30,000 per month.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

As a Paid Media Manager, you will manage impactful campaigns while playing a key role in shaping the future of the team and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies, sharing expertise across the agency.
- Specialise in a specific paid media channel and build relationships with platform Account Managers.
- Participate in strategy discussions and new business pitches, contributing ideas and insights.
- Monitor, optimise, and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
- Configure Google Analytics 4 accounts, ensuring best practices in goal/event tracking.
- Lead client calls and meetings, confidently presenting strategies and results.
- Support the team with feedback and optimisations to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas to clients.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Passion for learning and growth in digital marketing and media strategy.
