Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Paid Media Specialist ready to take immediate, autonomous ownership of client campaign strategy and execution. This is a high-impact position requiring a proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously and drive rapid, measurable performance improvements—a "ready to hit and run" mentality for immediate results.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver comfortable operating independently, possessing deep expertise in paid media strategy, including B2B channels like LinkedIn, and User Acquisition (UA) focused initiatives. Prior experience within a digital marketing or UA market agency environment is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership: Develop, implement, and lead end-to-end paid media strategies across key platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and critically, LinkedIn.
Rapid Deployment & Optimization: Demonstrate a "hit-and-run" proficiency by rapidly launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to achieve immediate, high-impact results, focusing on ROAS and CPA targets.
Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the strategy for paid media, encompassing budget allocation, audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, and funnel optimization.
Account Portfolio Management: Efficiently and confidently manage a portfolio of several client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance across all campaigns simultaneously.
Self-Sufficiency: Operate as a self-sufficient media buyer, taking full daily ownership of budget allocation, performance diagnostics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization without constant supervision.
Client Consultation: Serve as the primary, confident point of contact for clients, leading strategy discussions, presenting complex performance data, and providing actionable insights.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct rigorous reporting and analysis to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and translate raw data into strategic, data-backed decisions for ongoing campaign improvement.
UA/Agency Experience: Leverage prior experience in User Acquisition (UA) and fast-paced digital agency settings to apply best practices for scale and efficiency.
Platform Acumen: Utilize advanced proficiency in platforms such as Shopify and leverage experience with key email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable) to inform integrated strategies.

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional, hands-on experience in a Paid Media Specialist or equivalent role, ideally within a digital marketing or UA market agency.
Strategic Channel Expertise: Mandatory proven experience in developing and executing LinkedIn strategy for lead generation and B2B marketing, alongside deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and own the strategy for paid media, moving beyond execution to high-level planning.
Comfort with Volume: Demonstrated ability to manage several accounts concurrently, maintaining high quality and attention to detail under pressure.
Professional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a proven history of confidently leading client-facing meetings and strategy presentations.
