Key Responsibilities
Provide rapid emergency medical care and life support in pre-hospital and in-hospital settings.
Assess patients' conditions and determine appropriate treatment.
Perform CPR, wound care, bleeding control, airway management, and patient stabilization.
Safely transport patients when required and communicate effectively with doctors and nurses.
Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, treatments, and responses.
Ensure emergency equipment and supplies are always functional and ready for use.
Assist in emergency preparedness and drills within the hospital.
Requirements
Diploma or Certification in Paramedics / Paramedical Technology.
Valid practicing license where applicable.
1 - 2 years practical experience in emergency or pre-hospital care (added advantage).
Strong ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
