Your Role - Partner Ecosystem Growth:Proactively research, spot untapped opportunities and reach-out to high-potential suppliers who align with our mission, vision, and market strategy to scale our ecosystem.
- Partner Enablement: Build trusting, long-term relationships to empower our partners and suppliers, being their main point of contact.
- Integration and Performance Quality: Ensure high-quality supplier integration and continuously iterate on partner success indicators for new and existing partners, by collaborating with internal and external teams.
- On-going Support: Sort-out questions, doubts or issues coming from internal and external teams, and flag technical topics to our Integration Partner Manager when needed.
- Strategic Co-Creation: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Growth, Services, Marketing and more) to ensure alignment across supplier performance, new product launches, and integration quality.
- Automation, Simplification and Improvement: Help automate and simplify processes and workflows, to improve knowledge transfer to Growth, Services, and other teams.
Your Profile - Native German and fluent English.
- Multiple years of experience in; Partnership, Sales, Account Management or Customer Success roles within the software industry.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable bridging commercial and technical teams.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on results.
- Proven experience building long-term relationships with partners/customers, and managed multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Thrives in a dynamic, lean environment, able to create structure and processes where needed.
- Nice to have: Good understanding of APIs, Webhooks and generic feeds.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in the Recruiting or HR-Tech industry (Job-boards, ATSs, etc.).
