As a Partner Recruiter, you will represent the first point of contact with our partnership network. You ensure the development of our partnership network by finding and recruiting new partners. You will be in touch with CIO's, CFO's and CEO's of small and large companies, and revolutionise the way their business works!

With such a scope, you'll quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship, to advise clients as an expert. It's not all about sales, it's also about providing value to your clients.
Join our dynamic Partner Recruitment team and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to build positive relations and increase our partner network. Concretely, you'll engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators and digital consultancies from across the African region that are interested to adopt Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio. As a Partner Acquisition Manager, your goal is to increase Odoo presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement Odoo. You will deal with a pipeline of opportunities across the continent


RESPONSIBILITIES


Recruit, qualify, and manage new implementation partners across Africa, ensuring alignment with Odoo's business model, values, and processes
Initiate contact and build relationships with potential partners by understanding their capabilities, challenges, and business needs
Analyze partner profiles to identify opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration
Pitch Odoo's unique value proposition and deliver personalized, solution-driven product demonstrations
Negotiate and finalize partnership terms to ensure scalable, win-win collaborations
Collaborate closely with dynamic, international teams to support partner success and drive network growth

Analytical skills
As you'll mainly work with new Odoo Partners, you'll have to build your partner's portfolio from scratch.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


Must Have


Bachelor or Master Degree in Business
Fluent in French and English.
1 to 4 years experience in technology sales business development, or tech consulting
Passionate about sales, you like to convince, negotiate and achieve targets.
You enjoy taking initiatives to help the team, your partners and customers, you thrive in an autonomous environment
Based in Nairobi, Kenya or be a member of the East African Community (EAC) - We Facilitate Work permit applications
