The intern will:


Provide support in processing partnerships workflows, including liaising with colleagues across divisions and regional offices.
Assist in the preparation of guidelines, training materials, workshop materials, templates, and presentations and related infographics and visual aids.
Research, compile, analyze, summarize, and present basic information/data on specific partners, corporate policies and related topics, using various sources.
Prepare, maintain, and update files (electronic and paper) and internal databases.
Support inter-agency coordination and knowledge-sharing, including collecting best practices and case-studies.
Support integration and updating of various digital tools.
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistical arrangements, visual aids and documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications/special skills


Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, law or related disciplines.
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent).
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.
