WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Partnership Development:


Identify, evaluate, and originate strategic partnership opportunities, ensuring strong alignment with Seamfix's long-term business and market expansion objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations, government institutions, regulatory bodies, and ecosystem players.


Negotiation and Institutional Engagement:


Conduct deep institutional and market analysis to identify, size, and prioritize strategic opportunities across the African ecosystem.
Develop executive-level institutional artifacts, strategic briefs, concept notes, partnership frameworks, and engagement materials required for apex-level conversations.
Assess industry trends, regulatory shifts, digital identity ecosystems, and public-sector transformation opportunities relevant to Seamfix's strategic positioning.


Strategic Analysis & Opportunity Structuring


Conduct deep institutional and market analysis to identify, size, and prioritize strategic opportunities across the African ecosystem.
Develop executive-level institutional artifacts, strategic briefs, concept notes, partnership frameworks, and engagement materials required for apex-level conversations.
Assess industry trends, regulatory shifts, digital identity ecosystems, and public-sector transformation opportunities relevant to Seamfix's strategic positioning.


Collaboration and Communication:


Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partnership and institutional initiatives.
Maintain proactive and transparent communication with partners and stakeholders, ensuring sustained engagement and relationship continuity.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive, ministerial, regulatory, and board-level engagement.


Performance Monitoring:


Establish measurable KPIs and success metrics for partnerships and institutional engagements.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize partnership performance and strategic outcomes over time.


Strategic Planning:


Contribute to the development of long-term strategic partnership and institutional engagement plans that support market expansion and competitive differentiation.
Identify new opportunities for innovation, ecosystem influence, and strategic positioning across Africa.


Acquisition of Partners:


Drive the acquisition and expansion of both Product Partnerships and Business Partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies for diversifying and strengthening Seamfix's strategic partner portfolio across public and private sectors.


REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Proven experience in institutional partnerships, strategy consulting, investment banking analysis, public-sector advisory, multilateral engagement, or a related strategic role.
Experience working within top-tier strategy consulting firms, central bank policy environments, multilateral institutions (e.g., AfDB, World Bank, IMF), or institutional strategy units is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to structure complex institutional opportunities and engagements.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and navigate executive, ministerial, regulatory, and multilateral environments.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
Pan-African mindset with a strong understanding of institutional ecosystems across African markets.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, opportunity sizing, and strategic analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with long-term strategic focus.
