Senwes Equipment is looking for a Parts and Workshop Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to the workshop and parts departments and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for job card administration, workshop and technician support, parts receiving and capturing, stock administration, financial and cash administration, and general branch administration. The role will also require accurate record keeping, following up on outstanding documentation, handling queries, and supporting workshop and parts management.

Requirements
National Senior Certificate
At least 1 year relevant administrative experience, preferably in a workshop, parts, stock or agricultural environment
Computer literate with good MS Office skills; SAP experience advantageous
Good administrative, numerical and record-keeping skills
Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, suppliers and branch staff
