Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory, sales, and distribution of automotive / equipment spare parts while ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient parts operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily parts inventory, procurement, storage, and distribution.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving parts.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, technicians, and customers.
Maintain accurate records of parts received, issued, and sold.
Identify genuine and quality spare parts and manage supplier relationships.
Drive parts sales and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Minimize stock losses, obsolete inventory, and operational costs.
Prepare inventory and sales reports for management.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2 - 4years' experience in spare parts, automotive, equipment, or machinery operations.
Good knowledge of parts identification, inventory management, and procurement.
Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory / ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
