Key Responsibilities

Parts Sales


Establish customer base over the retail counter & Digital Platforms (electronic mail, telephone, WhatsApp)
Generate new sales of irregular and inactive customers through cold calling as well as aggressively up selling.
Process parts sales orders through workshop.
Support Parts Ordering Analyst on improving quality of demand forecasting.
Perform substitution checks & Submit to Inventory Manager for action.
Manage Parts returns as per the relevant SOPs'.


Customer Support


Answer to customer walk in, telephone, email & any other form of inquiries and follow to completion of sale.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
Increase customer base and review customer feedbacks on level of service delivery.
Servicing pending customers back orders and regularly update customer of progress of VORs & Backorders.


Manage quotations and reporting.


Generate quotations, orders, picking list and closing of invoices.
Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Filing accurately and neatly LPO's and invoices for easy archiving.
Submit VOR order parts list to Parts Ordering Analyst for prompt action.
Record lost sales on ERP with the view of minimizing future stock outs.
Report the quality of inventory in relation to Parts sales (fill rate & service level).
Responsible for documentation & archiving of parts documents (Invoices, LPO's & Special Orders Parts deposits receipts).


Product Knowledge and SOPs


Refresher training on changes in electronic catalogues/Entrepreneur Resource Planner.
Update product knowledge through active participation in technical trainings for non-technical.
Active participation in departmental and company programs (campaigns etc.), meetings & seminars
Adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.


Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications


Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Mechanical or any other related course from reputable institution.


Experience


Minimum of 2 years' experience in Auto Parts business.


Skills


Sales & negotiations skills.
Sales performance tracking and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications.
