We are looking for a Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional patient support while ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. This role focuses on delivering a seamless patient experience through effective communication, accurate scheduling, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic, professional patient support
Manage appointment scheduling, including calendar optimization and double-booking when needed
Maintain accurate patient records in EHR/EMR systems
Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently
Verify patient information and pre-visit requirements
De-escalate concerns with a patient-first approach
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Requirements
Experience with EHR/EMR systems and medical scheduling
Knowledge of OSHA & HIPAA compliance
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Schedule:
26 hours/week within 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Kenyan time)
