Requirements
Matric
Relevant Diploma/Degree
5 - 8 years payroll experience
Strong Excel Skills
Sage 300 people experience
Key Job Outputs
Salaries reconciliation
Tax run and related documents administered, understanding of tax Legislation / directives
Long service rewards and payments administered
Internal & external customer queries handled e.g. Medical Aid queries
Processing of new engagements and terminations
Processing of salary increases and other related earning such as overtime, sales incentives etc.
Processing of car allowances Processing of deductions such as provident/, fuel and maintenance costs Medial Aid/UIF/PAYE/SDL
Tax run and IRP5's
Reconcile payroll
Demonstrate competency in assisting employees & management with enquiries
Report writer and system experience
Managing of Internal and external Audit requirements
Very strong confidentiality skills
Keeping up with BCEA and SARS changes
