Key Responsibilities


Coordinate general repairs and service of office equipment and appliances
Monitor the use of company vehicles.
Supervise repairs of all company vehicles
Ensure renewal of the maintenance service level agreement for the copier and generator.
Ensure payment of rent from tenants and payment of rent for office spaces.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage office operations effectively.
