This role is suited to someone who is highly organised, analytical and experienced in managing payroll processes accurately and efficiently within a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise payroll clerks and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Audit payroll information and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile payroll with the general ledger and cash book
Deliver professional service to internal stakeholders
Lead, mentor and support the payroll team
Requirements:
Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar payroll role
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
