Signature Healthcare Limited an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22301:2019, WHO-GDP and a Blue Certified Company that specializes in the importation and marketing of pharmaceuticals is looking for a People and Culture Intern to join their vibrant team.


Job Requirements:


The People and Culture Intern will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the People and Culture Department. The role is responsible for assisting in employee records management, recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, employee communication, training coordination, Foundation activities, staff engagement initiatives, and general HR operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
Provide administrative support in recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, and induction processes.
Administer leave, attendance, and employee records systems, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
Draft, distribute, and maintain internal HR communications, notices, and employee correspondence.
Coordinate employee training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and record management.
Support the planning and execution of Foundation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and community engagement activities.
Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports, trackers, databases, and other departmental records.
Assist in coordinating employee welfare initiatives, staff engagement activities, hospital visits, bereavement support, and employee recognition programs.
Organize meetings, prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and provide general administrative support to the Human Resource Department.
Perform general clerical and office administration duties while supporting the efficient delivery of HR services and departmental objectives.
Any other task that may be assigned by the manager and/or the management.


Minimum Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field.
Recent graduate or final-year student seeking practical HR experience.
Membership or ongoing certification with IHRM will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Web applications.
